As a Director of Client Experience, I serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership, managing and growing a $1.8M+ portfolio by building stronger enterprise partnerships that resulted in 100% contract renewals and $1.2M in incremental revenue. In my role, I lead cross-functional and cross-agency teams across creative, media, PR, influencer and experiential marketing to develop integrated campaigns that strengthen overall brand performance while also overseeing P&L management, contract negotiations and new business opportunities.

During my time at BBDO, I worked on the Bayer account which included collaborating with media, retail, design, and PR agencies to execute integrated 360° go-to-market campaigns across ATL and BTL channels, helping drive brand growth and category performance. Additionally, I improved campaign measurement across TV, social, and digital platforms, increasing efficiency and securing $300K in incremental agency fees. Also, developed a digital DCO campaign using consumer research and market trends to create more targeted communication strategies, and led a cross-functional team of 8+ in launching the Bayer Aspirin Pain campaign, achieving a 40% lift in pre-testing results and stronger retail alignment.

Spearheaded a holistic omnichannel Pokémon campaign for international clients across five global markets, contributing to the franchise’s highest-grossing launch with 6 million copies purchased during opening weekend. I leveraged target consumer data analysis to identify opportunities for increased user engagement, surpassing character awareness goals by 40%. Additionally, initiated and led a strategic design workshop in collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop a billboard advertising campaign that generated $500K in incremental revenue

First started as an AAE, leading the artwork development for P&G U.S. and Canada brand and retail projects including e-comm, print, direct mail, OOH and iMedia. From there, was promoted to an AE, where my responsibilities grew within the P&G team, where I supported conceptualizing all in-store marketing materials for top national retailers (e.g. Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Sam's Club, etc.) for the largest Tide initiative, leading to $25M sales growth in one year. Also led a 7-person team to launch a global campaign for Gain, recognized as "best-in-calls by P&G and awarded Product of the Year award.

Combined with my professional experience, my MBA has deepened my understanding of long-term business strategy, product positioning and consumer insights. As I look to transition into brand management, I believe my agency perspective paired with my broader business acumen positions me to drive brand growth and make a greater business impact in an in-house leadership role.
